Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website https://pushnow.pro and the related services provided by PushNow (“pushnow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Service Overview
pushnow provides a mailing application that is integrated into the client’s server after they select a plan from pushnow.net/plans. Once a plan is selected and the server details are provided by the client, pushnow will provide a script that the client uses to install and configure the application on the designated server.
The services provided are determined by the selected plan, and the client is responsible for ensuring that their server meets all necessary requirements for the proper operation of the application.
Communications
By creating an account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. You may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
Subscriptions
pushnow offers various subscription plans that clients can choose from at pushnow.net/plans.
After selecting a plan, the client contacts pushnow , provides their server details, and proceeds with the payment for the selected plan. Once the payment is received, pushnow will verify the payment. After confirmation, pushnow will send the client the project code along with the installation script. The client will use this script to install the mailing application on their server, which will be configured according to the selected plan.
Each subscription plan includes a support package that is billed on a monthly basis. The client must continue to make monthly payments to maintain access to ongoing support services. If the client fails to make the required monthly support payment, pushnow reserves the right to suspend or terminate the support services.
Server Integration and Installation
Selection of Plan and Payment
After the client selects a plan from pushnow.net/plans and makes the payment, the client provides the necessary server details to pushnow .
Verification of Payment
Once the payment is verified, pushnow will send the client a unique project code and an installation script to be used on the provided server.
Installation Script and Setup
The installation script will include clear instructions for the client to execute on their server. The script will handle the installation and configuration of the mailing application.
Running the Script
The client runs the installation script on their server. The script will automatically install and configure the application according to the selected plan.
Configuration and Final Setup
pushnow will provide guidance during the installation process. If any configuration adjustments are needed, pushnow will offer support to help ensure the application runs smoothly on the client’s server.
Ongoing Maintenance
After installation is complete, the client is responsible for maintaining their server, including performing any necessary upgrades or troubleshooting required for the application to continue functioning correctly.
Refunds
Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered by pushnow on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at the sole discretion of pushnow .
Content
Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, or otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that:

The Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms; and

The posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user found to be infringing on a copyright.
You retain any and all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service, and you are solely responsible for protecting those rights. We assume no responsibility and accept no liability for any Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service.
However, by posting Content using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your Content in accordance with these Terms.
pushnow has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.
In addition, Content found on or through this Service is either the property of pushnow or used with permission. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use such Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without our express prior written permission.
Changes and Notifications
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If there are any changes to these Terms, pushnow will notify users in advance, and the new Terms will be provided at least 30 days before they take effect.
